Raised in Boulder, and employed in the field of home loans since 1998, Noel knows the cities, towns, and neighborhoods you are thinking about moving into, and he knows the available loan programs inside and out. But despite his knowledge and experience, he tries to listen more than he talks – it’s the best way he’s found to help you answer your own questions, and guide you through the mortgage process.
Patience, tenacity, and honesty define Noel. Patience, since new homeowners have plenty of questions, and it can take time to both find that perfect home and secure the best loan for it. Tenacity when the deal gets tough – challenging mortgage qualifications, and the intricate details needed for investor and high-net worth loans. And honesty from the first moment you work together, keeping every aspect of the deal on the table in plain sight. Noel believes that one of a loan officer’s primary responsibilities is open and clear communication throughout the loan process.
Noel was born in Madison, Wisconsin, but moved to Boulder at age 2 and has never left, graduating from both Boulder High and CU Boulder. The incredible community here, and the vast opportunities for fun and adventure that are in our backyard, are what has kept Noel a local. He is happily married to Shannon, and they enjoy family time with their two children, Wiley and Barrett. In his free time you will find Noel on the ski slopes and trails, or cruising popular cycling routes, unless he’s at home reading a favorite book.
